SWAN/ HERON ROOM

Swan/Heron Room and Conference Center Deck

Located on the Oceanside of our Resort, the Conference Center offers natural lighting a spacious foyer to ensure a comfortable meeting. For meetings the Swan/Heron Room will accommodate up to 140 people theatre style, 150 with a classroom set-up, 60 at a U-shape and 72 at a hollow square.

THE BOARDROOM

The Boardroom

The beautifully appointed preset Boardroom can accommodate up to 20 persons for an executive meeting. Natural lighting and ergonomically correct chairs make this the ideal location for your exectuive meeting.

EXECUTIVE SUITE

The Executive Suite

Located within the Conference Center with views of the Currituck Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, this private suite is a flexible breakout space for up to 40 people or a lovely hospitality suite for your group.

THE UPPER DECK

The Upper Deck

Located on the second floor of the historic Lifesaving Station and adjacent to the Resort's Swan Bar, the Upper Deck offers views of the Currituck Sound. The site is ideal for hosting private meals and breakout meetings for up to 50 guests.







INN TEA ROOMS

The Inn Tea Rooms

Each Inn has it's own sitting area with fireplaces that can be used for smaller informal gathering spots for a relaxing discussion.








THE LEFT BANK

The Left Bank

Located on the Currituck Sound with spectacular panoramic sunsets The Left Bank Restaurant can be made available for a private function during non-operational hours for up to 60 people. Menus will be handcrafted by the Left Bank culinary team.








THE SOUNDSIDE PAVILION

The Soundside Pavilion

The new climate controlled open Pavilion structure is located on the Sound offering stunning sunset views. The facility will hold up to 200 people. A private dock and gazebo are available to enjoy the natural setting.








THE SAND BAR

The Sand Bar

Located on the lower level deck of the Main Inn, The Sand Bar can be used for a cocktail reception and easily accommodates 200+ people. It is not an area that can be tented for full meal service. Food and Beverage minimum may also apply.








THE BEACH

Think Outside - The Beach

Just because you may be here on business, doesn't mean you can't have a little pleasure too. The Outer Banks is known for its beautiful sandy beaches which offer a lovely backdrop for any main event. We offer outdoor venues on the Oceanside of the Resort such as a beautiful lawn and the main inn deck, in addition to the relaxing beach. Each of these areas are able to accommodate up to 100 people.
