FULL TIME POSITIONS
RESERVATIONS AGENT
Sells hotel guest rooms by efficiently handling all guest requests for room accommodations.
Understands the selling strategy for the hotel by knowing the status of room inventory and follows
it closely to ensure that reservations are accepted for the correct rates and dates. Aggressively
sells hotel rooms to maximize transient room revenue. Enters into the computer system all reservations
received. Must be computer literate, possess great customer service and telephone etiquette skills,
three to six months experience in equivalent position and must be able to work flexible hours including
nights, weekends, and holidays.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities include repair and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as
well as physical features of the hotel/grounds and complete room calls as assigned.
Qualifications include experience working in a full service hotel/resort; be able to work
without supervision responding to guests and rooms-related maintenance issues; experience troubleshooting
electrical circuits, servicing pumps, lift station equipment, HVAC and repair of all related components;
be willing to work both day/evening shifts and weekends/holidays as required; professional appearance and demeanor.
